Many of these are separate and distinct programs, each operating within their own organizations and within the limitations of their own respective tax statuses and structures. This summary is designed to provide a general overview and not to ascribe any relationship or coordination between organizations or programs. Instead, each example stands on its own and operates with objectives and activities appropriate to its particular tax status and entity structure.

Empower Project has built the most effective and efficient relational programs in the country. In 2024 alone, we trained and managed over 47,000 people who communicated trusted messages to their friends and family.

This effort resulted in over 9 million relational conversations with 3 million potential voters across 10 states.

The majority of these conversations were between young people, diverse communities, and other hard to reach low propensity voters.
