Nicole Morrison

Nicole Morrison has over a decade of experience working with political campaigns, nonprofits, and organizations to grow their fundraising operations and build strategic communications plans.

Prior to Empower Project, Nicole was the Co-Founder and Executive Director of EveryDistrict, working to elect Democratic state legislative candidates in battleground states. She built EveryDistrict’s multi-million dollar fundraising program with a focus on educating donors about the importance of local elections. As Executive Director, Nicole had broad operational oversight of the organization, overseeing and managing fundraising, endorsements, partnerships, communications, and compliance. Previously, she worked in communications for the Atlantic Council, a foreign policy think tank, and she served as the Communications Director for Ted Kennedy, Jr.’s successful State Senate campaign.

Nicole holds a BA and MBA from Yale University. Nicole is originally from Connecticut and is currently based in Maryland.
