Discover how Empower can work for you.

"One of the best things about Empower Project is that you get a personalized trainer to meet your relational organizing goals. Our trainer was able to create a customized training for our Relational Organizers and broader staff about how to do this work in an effective way. This tailor-made curriculum was extremely helpful as we bring our Relational Organizing to the next level."

Shawn, For Our Future, Wisconsin

“I’m honored to have been a part of this one-of-a-kind program.I may be incarcerated at this present moment, however, I feel as if I’m still able to vote through my family and friends who also have participated in this program.”

Ricky, Unlock the Vote

"People don't want to be spoken to, they want to be spoken with. I'm feeling really optimistic about Empower for the long haul, especially in Florida. Relational organizing has got to be for the long haul."

Savana, Florida Conservation Voters

"It was so helpful to work with Empower Project and get things running, more quickly possibly than we would have been able to otherwise. From first training to check ins, Empower Project was a huge asset."

Scott, Durham People’s Alliance

Is it really free?

If you are a nonprofit organization 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4), you will have free access to the app and our personalized coaching sessions. Additionally, in some cases, you may be eligible for grants so that you can hire staff and ensure your Relational Organizing program runs smoothly and effectively. For political candidates, we have affordable pricing options.

Who are you?

We are a Midwest-based organization with staffers located across the US. We’re organizers, tech-savvy engineers, and activists committed to a progressive, equitable future for all. We have been supporting relational organizing work for over a decade and is where our passion for Relational Organizing comes from.

Do I own my data?

You own your data.  We will never sell it, and at any time you can export all of your data.  You can use it for all future cycles, ensuring sustained growth for your campaign or movement.

What makes you different?

Our approach to organizing is rooted in both tech and the importance of people and our personal connections. This is why the app is designed to be easy and accessible for all staffers and volunteers, regardless of experience. And best of all, if you’re a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4), it’s free!

How can I help support your work?

Spread the word. If there’s an organization that could benefit from Relational Organizing, we want to talk to them: The “boom and bust” cycle has been the status quo for far too long. Year after year community organizations are forced to choose between staff and technology, a regressive decision the progressive community should try to avoid. We’re guided by the notion that participation is a prerequisite for power and take it to heart. We aim to build sustainable infrastructure and long term capacity. It’s evident in our unique model where accessible technology and training are foundational pillars.
